Perhaps someone could answer this question for me. How does Podshow propose to identify listeners both socioeconomically and nationally to such an extent that an advertiser would be willing to pay for access to them? The great thing about podcasting is also it’s weakness in advertising terms. Podcasts tend to have worldwide audiences.
How are they measured and how would Podshow charge the advertiser?
I own a number of businesses in the UK which are solely focused on UK markets. The idea that I would pay for access to listeners in Japan is laughable.
Am I the only person who thinks that Podshow has a serious weekness in it’s business model?
